Acknowledgement I am very grateful to my parents, my brother and sisters, Amit raghuvansh and my father’s friend Vikas sharma who extended their support to me and encouraged me in writing this research. The publication of this research would not have been possible without their support. I was born in 1993 in Meerut in a middle class family. My father is a businessman. I had to struggle hard to reach the level where I am today. After passing my 12 th standard I had to drop my studies due to financial crunch. I was very much depressed but I did not give up my hope.
